Don't Worry, on 14, you will be 6'5'' Only...You are Lucky to be tall. Some people are REALLY short, so take advantage of it and use it.

It sounds like you're taking after your paternal side of the family. Do a family tree and find out how tall your relatives were when they were your age.
My mom is 5'1, and dad is 5'4. I'm 6'1. My height comes from my paternal grandfather.
I had the same doctor from birth to age 16. He had a growth chart in my file. When I was about 12y.o. he estimated I would be 6'1 or 6'2....

THere's no real way to know. Since you're 6'3 now I severely doubt you will grow anymore. Another way to guess is to ask your parents how tlal you were at age 3. Double that height and your height will be somewhere between your current height and that height.

I don't know depends if you keep growing or not...
I would say you might end up 6'6 or 6'7.
