Cigarettes damage the lungs first...the damaged lungs cannot adequately oxygenate your blood...the oxygen deprived blood travels to your heart and causes damage to the heart muscles as they need oxygen-rich blood to survive...in the meantime, your developing blood clots and hardened arteries due to the lack of oxygenated blood.
So, in conclusion, smoking = bad results for all of your organs.

They can do heart attacks, it's very common to a lot of smoking a lot of times a day.

they clog up your arteries with a sticky thick stub stance. this will restrict your blood flow and then will eventually starving the heart of blood then killing it! not nice is it?
