Last month I skipped my period (bc pills) but this month my period is really heavy??

It's the 3rd day of my period and it is very heavy with clumps of blood and cramps. Is this normal???

YUP, when you go and try to trick your period by not using the pills as prescribed, you risk a chance of a heavier period the next time you get it, as well as breakthrough bleeding, your cycle being off track for months, among other things.

I did it once and never ever will I do that again, even with doctors permission.
