That's a little rough on your teeth, but I see another problem with it- it looks like it could develop into obsessive behaviour, if it hasn't already. Lay off the peroxide and listerine; you can still use a little of these things, but too much can dry out your mouth and damage your teeth. If you find it impossible to stop doing that, or you constantly worry if you don't do it, then you have developed obsessive behaviour relating to oral hygiene (people usually associate it with too much handwashing, but it takes a lot of different forms). If that's the case, a therapist may be the person to talk to, not a dentist.

Don't use pure hydrogen peroxide. First of all it will damage the enamel and second of all if you swallow some it will make you extremely sick for a few days. You should mix it with water, more water than peroxide. Listerine isn't going to hurt your teeth so you can do that without water. You're supposed to floss every day. I would only do the strips 1 or 2 times a week though.

wow, hun that is a lot to ur teeth. you may want to cut down on the pure hydrogen peroxide. it hurts your gums and can remove the enamel from your teeth. diluting the hydro is best and should only be used once or twice a week. its not recommend by dentists. brushing for up to 5 minutes is best and then Listerine and floss before you brush to get out the plaque and food.brushing gets the excess out. I'm not sure about the whitening strips 3 xs a week. it may make ur teeth white but in the long run it can also remove some enamel. once that is gone you cant get it back and your teeth become sensitive to water hot and/or cold, air and even when you eat.

the peroxide is so bad if you use too much, your teeth will wear down and be super sensitive eventually. All you need to do is brush your teeth for about a minute and use listerine for 30 seconds. Do that about 2 or 3 times a day and you should be fine with no cavities if you eat right. Please stop it's really harmful!!!

you want to make sure your brusing for 2 minutes .. as for all the swishing ... listerine alone will take care of the germs in your mouth ... so 2 min of brushing & 30 seconds of swishing with straight listerine should do the trick. 2 or 3 x a day.

I think you're overdoing it on your teeth. You're going to end up wearing them down. I think brushing your teeth for two minutes (twice or thrice a day), rinsing with mouth wash and whitening strips three times one week for each month or every other month is good. Don't forget to floss!
Try to keep away from drinking too much coffee, soda, etc... anything with caffeine. They stain your teeth.
