I am looking for a good exercise plan to help me loose some weight as I am trying to concieve my second child.I have polycystic ovarian syndrom so loosing weight is not the easiest thing for me.
I need some simple exercises that I can do at home everyday without exercise machines.
Any help?

Cardio is key--it's what burns fat. Going for fast walks, riding bike (even a stationary bike in your home), or doing workout DVDs at home that feature cardio are essential. Running in place, jumping jacks, jump-rope, these are also great. For muscle-toning, try doing crunches, squats, and lifting weights (keep in mind: small weights, lots of repetitions).
