I am having one wisdom tooth pulled sometime in the next couple of weeks. It is an upper tooth. (I am 35 years old.)The tooth is not impacted. It is broken and has decay. I will be awake during the procedure, with just novocaine to numb the area. The oral surgeon and his assistant said I will not feel pain but I will feel up to about 20 pounds of pressure. This sounds extremely scary to me. Also, he gave me a prescription for Halcion, which he wants me to take before the extraction. I am also nervous about that, as I am very senstitive to medication, but he said all it will do is relax me and that it will also relax my jaw which will make it easier and faster for him to extract the tooth. I want it to be as easy and fast as possible so I am planning on taking the Halcion before my appointment. Has anyone had any experience? I am curious about reactions to Halcion and what to expect to feel when I take it, and about the pain and/or pressure I may feel during the extraction. Thanks!

it also feels like there was a lot of weight over both my shoulders. It felt horrible to the point where I was going to pass out. But I did not because I just stuck with it until I got home and rest. I sorta just slept it off and felt a lot better. Not sure what it was. But this is the second time I had this experience. Does anyone know what this is that I am feeling? Your suggestions are much appreciated.

I've been very stresed out lately due to school and for the past month I've been having shortness of breath. I'm not wheezing or anything, I just can't seem to inhale completely and I get a little dizzy when I stand up. I am a 21 female, healthy and active, with no known heart/valve/lung issues. Could this be related to stress? If so, when will it go away?

They are approx. 2" X 3", and always up close to the bottom of my penis. It is even smaller when I'm cold. It is always been embarrising to shower or get dressed at the gym. I hope they drop and hang naturally by the time i'm in my 40's or so.

Throughout my life I have occasionally (maybe twice a year) gotten charley horses. This past week i have woken up TWICE in the middle of the night with one. What on earth causes these? Is there anything I can do to prevent it? And how on earth is it that I have no control over it when its happening? they hurt so bad lol! Thanks in advance

I'm thinking about asking this girl out, but the problem is she has really large breasts. She's not a large girl, but her breasts are at least 36C. Everyday I see people spending 10 to 20 bucks on Starbucks coffee, or some guy opening up a coffee box and smelling it and loving it. Getting amped on coffee everyday to suffer its downing effects at night. It reminds me of a friend who used to keep a marijuana bud in a jar to breathe its air and savor its flavor.

Caffeine has similar effects to ecstacy, is this drug of the business world REALLY so damn safe that it's okay to have it legal and consumed in massive quantities? Has there been any private research on this matter other than one doctor taking the word of another doctor? I mean they said the same thing about Cocaine a few decades ago, only thing that got us was Rick James.

I was on the depo shot, which only lasts 3 months. I ONLY RECIEVED ONE SHOT. After that I decided to get off of it I dont want to mess with my body anymore. I was suppose to get my shot in June, but it is now almost the middle of August, and I finally got a little bit of spotting. Me and my bf have unprotected sex all the time, but every single time he pulls out. Is there a possibility I might be pregnant, or does it just take a while for the shot to get out of your body and bring back a normal period... HELP!

Hello I am Andrew, I have always had a clear face with no acne, but one day I got home from school and looked in the mirror and saw MY FACE NECK AND CHEST COVERED IN BUMPS. it's not acne, I went to the doctor and he gave me medicine to clear it up, but It got worse today when I woke up. Now it's on my legs arms and stomach it's EVERYWHERE. I dunno what it is it may be measles, but not sure. I'm gonna go to the doctor again today,but does any1 know what it may be?
