What I did was started off with a calorie change! I have Special K with 1 cup of skim milk for breakfast. For lunch I had a can of tuna and fruit; and dinner a Turkey sandwich on half calorie wheat bread and a salad. Use that diet and workout about an hour a day and you will shed them pounds!

you can't safely lose that much weight in that much time, but if you eat right and exercise every day, you can lose a lot of it.
