it also feels like there was a lot of weight over both my shoulders. It felt horrible to the point where I was going to pass out. But I did not because I just stuck with it until I got home and rest. I sorta just slept it off and felt a lot better. Not sure what it was. But this is the second time I had this experience. Does anyone know what this is that I am feeling? Your suggestions are much appreciated.

yes, my face was sweating and I felt like I was burning up, but underneath where my neck was, it was really cold. I worked in the store so room tempature was fine, but I did drink water and felt a bit better. however, I still had the same syptoms for a while until I got off work.

It's been really hot in most of the USA. Has it been where you live? Could it be symptoms from the heat. I was only outside for a little while on Sunday when it was 109F where I live and I got dizzy and had dry heaves.
Or you could be having panic attacks.

You could have had a bad reaction to something you ate. If you know of any allergies you have to food(s), stay away from them!! I also got dizzy one day, felt tired and sick after eating something I was allergic to. Just be mindful.
