cut out all soda (diet included) and alcohal, especially if you drink a lot of it. try to reduce the ammount of salt you use, don't eat after seven, and eat healthier. do about half an hour of cardio, or as much as you can, and the weight should come right off. i know it sounds like a lot, but when you do all that stuff it doesnt seem like so much.

This is weird as i have been trying to loser weight for just over a week now! And in 5 days i had lost 6lb. All i did was drink water, eat any fruit i wanted. and had one main meal a day! usually dinner. Of what i wanted aswell. Egg and chips,sausages and mash! im not talkin a salad turnout! Oh and i had tea/coffee when i wanted it! Thats the only advice i can give!!!! remember not eating anything is just asking for trouble!

Oh and youll find that the water proper fills you up! Almost bloating you!!!So you wont wanna eat! You can also buy hunger strips from asda! i didnt need them but ya never know!

check out Oprah.com and look at the oprah boot camp challenge. It is a 3 month plan, but I lost like 4 pounds the first week when I did it. It sucks but it works!

Exercise but most doctors recommend only losing 1-2 lbs. a week, which is healthier.

The more you lose at one given time, the quicker you will gain it back.

For emergencies only:

Eat only raw greens – how much you want (celery, cucumber, broccoli, lettuce)
You can use salt and 1 tea spoon of olive oil if you want (no lemon, no vinegar, and no pepper)
You can have as much as you want of cottage cheese (max 5%)
1 hard boiled egg a day.
And 2 small yellow apples (the one with the dots all over them)

Drink as much water as you want & substitute coffee for tea – No sugar / ok splenda

Do this for 1 week
On second week, change egg for 1 can of tuna in water and you can add ½ tomatos.
3rd week change tuna for 1 grilled chicken breast.

I did this diet only the 1st week, I lost so much weight I didn’t have to keep on it.

Sure! Drink lots of water, exercise and eat 1200-1400 calories a day and you should lose a few!

ok ....first off... not eating will make you gain pounds and starve you ......well u should plan an excercising time for everday. and tell yourself outloud that you will loose 5 pds.
my best friend told me about this trick.

drink alot of warm water better than cold water, 1 coffee a day
and start walking or running.
