as long as ur not putting sugar or honey(honey is worse on ur teeth) it should be fine. green tea is just an herb and has antioxidants in it. just remember some people live off of 8 glasses of pepsi and a box of twinkies and some how they seem to be ok. tea is good for u. u should still be drinking straight water though. the body has a harder time trying to pull water out of something to absorb it. so yep, drink up ur deliciouse habit! try other kinds of tea as well.

My answer may depend on what type of green tea you may be referring to. The cheap extracts of Green tea is the same color of Jasmin tea, brownish-red. Which may stain one's teeth over a period of time. However, Green Tea powder is pure green. Which will not stain your teeth. Pure Japanese Green tea is $24 for a half lb. Green tea manufacture elsewhere is $7-13.

Any tea can stain teeth. But don't worry, as long as you take good care of your teeth, brushing at least twice a day, and using whitening toothpaste, you can continue drinking your green tea and keep your teeth lovely.

Uh, no. Your friend is a goober. Drinking soda of any kind on the other hand....

I started drinking nothing but water and green tea. Not only did I lose 10 pounds in one month, my teeth look awesome.

I don't think so-but it isn't good if you have had a stroke, It thickens your blood. My sister use to drink it all the time. She had 2 strokes years ago and when we found out about it-she stopped drinking it.
