I would like someone who has been through and come out a winner to contact me. I feel like I am all alone and fighting a losing battle. I have given up alot of foods (intollerances are many--that I never had before ) I gave up beer, sugars, breads, fruits, condiments etc. I take as much of the Citricidal as I can, even though it is not the recommended amount. I have to work with the public and it sometimes makes me shake even more than I normally do. The Threelac makes me nuts. I can't focus properly and I get disoriented. This is very scary. I am already underweight I weigh 90lb. and I am 5'5" tall. The foods that I can't have I need. I have been eating small amounts of meat again--after over 20 years of being vegetarian. I do not really like it but that was the advice I was given. Soy I love but am intolerant to now as well as dairy and sugar makes me very wired anyway. Please give me advice and a detailed diet that brought you success. I would be very grateful .
