you should just drink lots of water... cutting out all of that extra sugar from juices and sodas will help you loose unwanted weight

eat more fruits and vegetables and try to eat things with low calories and no trans fats and not too much sugar.

You should do a few crunches and a few jumping jacks to tone your thighs and abs and six inches ( an exercise where you lay on your back and hold your legs up about 6 inches) and you will certainly feel the tightening in the abdomens.

Try to become more active even if you don't exercise... do the electric slide to your favorite song or get up and dance... this will help you burn calories and loose weight

also, laugh more... Laughing burns more calories than you know!!!!!!

look at yourself in the mirror, pick up your shirt, and think of how much better you would feel about yourself if your stomach was flat!..that should get you going :)

a tip to stop pigging out from boredom; DO SOMETHING!!! cause if you just sit around and do nothing, you think about food soo much more than if you were out being busy with no time to think about food until you REALLY get physically hungry. listen to your body, only eat when you are truly hungry(and i'm not talking about getting to the point where your stomach is growling)

another tip is when you want something unhealthy say to yourself "ok after i do these 99 sit-ups, i will allow myself to eat it" and chances are you won't even want it anymore because your craving has gone away, and plus you will remember how hard it would be to burn it off!

drink water.

good luck!

Don't think of it as a diet. Think of it as a lifestyle change. Forget the numbers on the scale. Focus on fruits, veggies, and whole grains, with a little lean meat and low fat dairy. Drink water, skim milk, or green tea (not the commercial bottled stuff, real home brewed green tea). Be active every day. Walk, bike, swim, run, play basketball: just do something active every day and you'll be healthier and happier in a very short time, I promise!

Don't even worry about it. If you want a flat stomach, do crunches. Eating to little will only make it worse.

All you have to do is to predefine a goal for yourself; reserve a certain amount of time to do physical exercise; and encouraging yourself with patient and determination; then and only then you'll reach your goal of getting a nice-looking stomach.

At your age, "diet" should consist of eating healthy foods: fruits and vegetables, dairy, etc. and working out. Take up running or something like that, but don't "diet", just eat healthy, and make good choices.
