You can get down to the weight you want by eating sensibly and exercising.
Don't eat just fruit and protein because eating only fruit for carbs isn't good for you and you will be severely lacking in energy after a while. Eat protein and some good carbs in each meals and get lots of veggies. Have one piece of fruit each day (too much fruit also contains too much sugar!). Best fruits to stick to when trying to lose weight are green apples and berries.
Good carbs: oatmeal, yams, wholegrain rice/pasta, wholemeal pitta, beans/legumes
Good proteins: lean chicken/turkey, eggs, milk, low fat cheese, cottage cheese, fish, tuna etc
Good fats: olive oils, olives, nuts, flaxseeds, flaxseed oil
Lots of green veggies and drink lots of water.
Eat enough. Cut your portions but don't eat too little or you will lose weight the unhealthy way and only gain all the weight again when you start eating normally once you reach your target weight.
Exercise moderately for 30-40 mins, 4-5 days a week and walk lots in between.
Definitely cut out the junk food and sugary drinks. But don't feel bad about allowing yourself a treat once a week. It'll do you good!
I promise you that adopting healthy eating habits and taking regular exercise is better than any diet because you'll be glowing with health too instead of feeling hungry and miserable all the time on a diet.
Good luck to you x

Fruit has lot's of sugar in it. Which will turn into fat. So don't just eat fruit and protein. You need a balanced diet, and that includes fiber, which you get from vegetables.
If you are eating under 1,000 calories a day, your body will go into starvation mode.
Make sure to drink a lot of water.
If you're 5'5 and 132.5 it sounds like you are at a really healthy weight.
Beware of crash diets, because you will probably end up gaining weight in the end.

Currently you are at a perfect, normal, and healthy weight for your height. If you were to weigh 110, you would no longer be considered in a healthy weight range.
Is it that you actually want to lose weight or that you like the sound of being 110 pounds?
If you are truly looking to lose weight, I would suggest a low calorie diet with exercise. Exercise, especially strength training, is going to be what really helps you. By strength training you are able to change your body shape and your bodies metabolism, all the while still maintaining a healthy weight and getting proper nutrition.
So Heres What I Would Do:
To maintain your weight with moderate exercise, you would need to take in 2160 calories. In order to lose weight, you could eat 1910 calories and exercise 250 off daily. This would mean you are burning 500 calories a day which equals 3500 calories a week, which equals a pound.
You can also take Chromium Picolinate which helps to aid your body in getting rid of fat... You can find it at pretty much any health food store!
Above all, remember, that its not how much you weigh. If you are unhappy with the way your body looks, proper nutrition and exercise are going to be what ultimately changes your body.
Good Luck!

You don't need to restrict your diet that much. Eliminate the soft drinks and junk food. Focus on fruits, veggies and whole grains, with a little lean meat and low fat dairy. Try to get 40 or more minutes of cardio 5 to 7 days a week and do a little toning, stretching and strength training. The weight will go, and you'll feel healthier and happier. Don't focus on specific numbers on a scale. Instead, focus on a healthy lifestyle.

If you want to lose weight and keep it off you need to find a diet that consists of things you can see eating long term or you will just put the weight right back on. I know John Travolta said he lost all the weight for the Swordfish movie he exercised and just cut his portions down. He said whenever he ate he cut them in half so if he went to McDonald's he would eat 1/2 a big mac and a small fry instead of a whold burger and large sized fries and drinks.

For your height 132.5 is a great weight. Your not too big and not too small but if you insist, you should join a gym and change your diet. Eating just fruit and protein can help too, just make sure that you eat small portions of it and drink plenty of water. Try drinking green tea also, that works for me. Arizona's pomegranate green tea has a delicious taste and is rich in antioxidants.

Depending on what fruits and proteins (and how much of each type), it's possible. There are a lot of ways to lose weight by starving your body of something (carbohydrates is what you're eliminating from what you say there).... but most of the "eliminate a food" diets aren't very healthy.
My best advise would be to talk to a nutritionist or dietitian. They will be able to give you the best advice for your situation and availability.

Be careful with eating too much fruit because it has a alot of sugar. Eat protein, complex carbs vegetables, and 1-2 pieces of fruit a day. You can probably lose about 1 pound per week.

Don't mean to burst your bubble, but 110 is too skinny. I found some averages for you to consider. What size frame do you have? Your height and weight sounds perfect to me. :)
5'5"
Small Frame
117-130
Medium Frame
127-141
Large Frame
137-155

don't worry about your weight too much. if you watch your diet and exercise you should naturally reach your ideal weight. be sure to include lots of lean protein in your diet because eating protein requires more calories to digest than either carbs or fat. eat LOTS of veggies. they are low in calories and contain fiber which helps keep you full. fruits are good too. especially ones that are low in sugar like berries, grapefruit, and cherries. exercise at least 30 min. 3x per week and you will lose weight healthfully.
