am just sick and don't know what to do. My daughter lately has had sores on her face that she swears is just from "picking the zits" on her face. But these are not the angry red spots from that--these are downright SORES. So I looked it up on the internet and oh dayumnit. I am so sick now with fear and worry and even anger that i could be so easily duped. What do I do? How do I get help for her and for me to deal with it realistically and helpfully (for us both)? Are there some websites you can list or maybe some personal stories of how you dealt effectively or ineffectively with this? Please help me.

I am hoping for some help. I have been having hellish problems for the last year and despite seeing 3 doctors, none will help. I have developed very irregular periods, lasting between 6 weeks and 3 months, then having gaps in between lasting between 5 weeks and currently 9 weeks. My weight, despite eating a healthy, calorie controlled diet and going to the gym 5 times a week, is continuing to rise (a stone since July 06). I am constantly sleeping, whatever time of day, and when working I will struggle to get thru the day because I can't nap. I have checked out the symptoms of hypothyroidism and have 8 of 10 symptoms. I had a test Nov 06 which was normal, so the doc won't re-test. I am now on my second batch of diet pills because the doctor just thinks I am over-eating when it is quite the opposite! I have got diet and exercise diaries to prove this. I am trying to get into the RAF and if I can't lose the weight I will be rejected. Can anyone help?

Have a recurring soreness (actually its more like excruciatingly painful at times) on the left leg at the bottom of the shin down to the top of the foot- right under where the foot bends on the top side. One nostril or sometimes both twitches occasionally and it gets real embarassing. My parents say it looks really weird and i think so too! I can't think of anyway that'll help the problem. First of all, I know how to use a tampon!!!

I have only had my period 4 times before this time. I am going to a waterpark with my friends in 2 days and I just got my period today. My 2nd and 3rd day are really heavy. If I wear a tampon, it will probably leak because last time it did. (After 4 hours in a regular tampon, I leaked). and I wore a super, and that didnt leak, but it hurt so much taking it out. I don't want to wear one because I am afraid it will be too hard to take out. So what should I do?

By the way, I am 14.

My eye doctor insistes that I use the drops for 6 weeks after cateract surgery; but the package inserts say two weeks for Nevanac and ten days for Econopred Plus. I have dry eye and that makes this even more pressing as they warn about that. The MD says 6 weeks is standard and the benefits outweigh the risks. Do you have any knowlwdge of this?
