Hi,
In fact, the real name of these products is thermogenics, "Fat burners" is more of a marketing term to sell them. I will disagree with those who say they don't work, because they do. BUT, I can assure you that your do not need to buy them in pills, because you eat plenty of them everyday in your meals. Thermogenics are compounds that accelerate the body's metabolism. The most common thermogenic is coffee. When accelerating the metabolism, the body burns more calories to do the same work. When you burn more calories, you have a better opportunity to lose weight (if you do not replace these calories, eating a big burger). That means that termogenics are acceleretors of weight loss. For them to work, your diet must be engeneered to create a lack of calories to slowly mobilize fat stores. In other words, thermogenics will help only, if you are dieting right. People tend to use them as a miracle pill that will enter the body and go eat the fat inside of it. So, they don't diet. Therefore, they are deceived by the results. Well, it does not work like that. Thermogenics help you lose weight more quickly when you are ALREADY on a sliming diet. These products are made to do this and they will not anything more.
Hope that could help.

Yeah all fat burners are crap. They do work well and help loose weight, but after you stop taking them you go back to your previous weight very quick and some extra. They slow down your metabolism and that guarantees negative effects after you stop taking them. Talk to a good and knowledgeable pharmacist that deals exclusively with herbal medication and probiotics. They don't work as well, but certainly do much less harm. Nothing beats a diet and exercises in effects. Sorry!!!

Keep this specific meal between 400 and 800 calories. Serve yourself a scaled-down portion, so if you like going back for seconds, you'll just wind up eating a normal-size portion.

Keep this particular meal between 400 and six hundred calories. Serve yourself a more compact portion, so if you like going back for seconds, you'll just end up eating a normal-size portion.

Exercise, both resistance and cardio, will burn fat. Any supplement only assists a natural process and can have detrimental side effects. Eat a healthy, moderate diet and get active. Problem solved.

There are no magic pills to aid in loosing weight. Weight loss has 2 components - diet and exercise. Retailers play into people who see themselves as overweight with all kinds of pills, creames, fad diets, loose weight while you sleep, etc etc - that's how they make profits - huge profits! So, save your money and stick to diet and exercise - the ONLY things guaranteed to work. Good luck to you.

Add veggies to baked merchandise. You'll never even taste this zucchini in these brownies as well as the sweet potato in these kinds of cookies.
