First of all, I know how to use a tampon!!!
I have only had my period 4 times before this time. I am going to a waterpark with my friends in 2 days and I just got my period today. My 2nd and 3rd day are really heavy. If I wear a tampon, it will probably leak because last time it did. (After 4 hours in a regular tampon, I leaked). and I wore a super, and that didnt leak, but it hurt so much taking it out. I don't want to wear one because I am afraid it will be too hard to take out. So what should I do?
By the way, I am 14.

Go to the waterpark, take tampons with you (not that super big thing) and change every hour whether or not you feel you need to. That way you will not leak and can have a very good time! Also you will be surprised at how fast an hour passes by!

You can just change them sooner. The super probably hurt during removal because there wasn't enough liquid in it. You CAN wear a tampon for up to 8 hours and if you are bleeding through a regular in 4 hours, you SHOULD be using a higher absorbancy.

Just change your tampon more often. You will probably be worried that it will leak so if you really want to be safe wear the super and just change it before it gets too full. Have fun!

If you want you can take a tampon but you are taking a big cjane i know you wanna go out with you friends just be care because aunt flow acts very crazy sometimes

The easiest answer would be to wear a regular tampon and change every four hours.

if a tampon doesnt work for you, then dont go. cause then youll feel uncomfortable and wont be able to enjoy yourself. plan it after you have your period
