sexuality is part of human nature, while I think pornography is a sad way to express sexuality, it is marginally better than promiscuity. If you are living in your father's home however, you are required to maintain behavior according to his standards, you have not done so, and this is why you are embarrassed. Wait until you are on your own, then do as you wish.

get a job, move out, get your own desk and computer in your own apartment then you can look at porn 24/7 with no interuptions...oh, except when you are at work. i personally think that anyone who indulges in these activities are promoting disgrace/disrespect to women/children. some of these women you are looking at do not really want to do this type work, but they make good money and maybe they have
children or a college degree to pay for. THe problem is that you begin to see women as OBJECTS and not people with real feelings. This is why i believe it is wrong. I also believe that soft porn leads to heavier things that you may not be able to control when you are an older mature gentleman.
I am sure you will make the right decisions. Ask your dad why he feels it is wrong. Good Luck!

Don't worry about it. (I'm not sure if you are a guy/gal- I guess it would be worst if you were a girl) but let him taking the first move.
If asks you about it (and you are a guy) just tell him you were curious- Sex- is perfectly normal for an 18 year old. I’m sure he wouldn’t mind unless it’s gay porn.
If you are a girl- you could tell him that someone sent you a link and you opened it inadvertently. Tell them you weren't expecting to see what you saw and that you'll be more careful next time.
I hope you weren't watching this with your BF-GF- then you need to figure out some good explanations...
Good luck!

Start by being a MAN- own up to what you have been doing, realize that what you are engaged in is more addictive than crack cocaine, and plead with your father for help in conquering this addiction, which has the very real ability to eventually DESTROY YOUR LIFE!!!

You can talk to your dad if you want because there is nothing wrong with you watching pornography. It's normal for boys an men look at such stuff. And your dad should understand you, because every guy goes thru this. good luck!

okay, 20yr female talking, but still... I think that's normal, for men and boys to look at pornography. Perhaps if you appeal to your dad that way, he'll understand. However, if there are other, younger siblings in the residence, he may be looking out for their interests. Be careful.
