I was wondering how many servings of the food groups I should have for a fairly high calorie diet. Like 2500 to 3000 and I dont use the fat/oils food groups so what do I replace it with? Do you guys reccomend the serving reccomended by the food pyramid or should I eat less grains and more fruit or something? (Im looking for a lean, high calorie diet)
Some websites have said have 5 low fat dairy sources and some say limit breads to three servings..
What do you guys reccomend?

there are many healthy high calorie foods that you can easily include in your diet - nuts, nut butters, avocados, flax seeds or oil (body needs healthy fats to function), soy yogurts contain up to 200cal, cottage cheese, granola cereals, fish (salmon), dried fruit etc.
you dont have to increase amount of food you eat to increase calorie intake.
