I was wondering how many servings of the food groups I should have for a fairly high calorie diet. Like 2500 to 3000 and I dont use the fat/oils food groups so what do I replace it with? Do you guys reccomend the serving reccomended by the food pyramid or should I eat less grains and more fruit or something? (Im looking for a lean, high calorie diet)
Some websites have said have 5 low fat dairy sources and some say limit breads to three servings..
What do you guys reccomend?
