First of all, congratulations on the weight you have lost! That's great!

Second, everyone losing a substantial amount of weight will hit plateaus. It's very frustrating. That's when MOST people give up. They stop their diet and exercise and before long, they've gained ALL their weight back---and usually more.

Keep doing the same thing you've been doing--whatever helped you lose 30 lbs. Suddenly, that scale is going to go down again. I promise.

Don't give up!

***And pay NO attention to the post below. "Cleansing" is a total SCAM. The only thing you would lose is $125.

Just be patient! Increase your exercise a little. And make sure you are consuming enough calories. Eating too few calories slows your metabolism. Try drinking green tea. Not the bottled stuff with sweetener in it, just home brewed green tea. People often hit a plateau, but if you're persistent and maintain good eating habits and regular exercise with plenty of cardio, you'll begin to lose again.

You're at your plateau. Try something different like Atkins or the new Alli.
