I would like someone who has been through and come out a winner to contact me. I feel like I am all alone and fighting a losing battle. I have given up alot of foods (intollerances are many--that I never had before ) I gave up beer, sugars, breads, fruits, condiments etc. I take as much of the Citricidal as I can, even though it is not the recommended amount. I have to work with the public and it sometimes makes me shake even more than I normally do. The Threelac makes me nuts. I can't focus properly and I get disoriented. This is very scary. I am already underweight I weigh 90lb. and I am 5'5" tall. The foods that I can't have I need. I have been eating small amounts of meat again--after over 20 years of being vegetarian. I do not really like it but that was the advice I was given. Soy I love but am intolerant to now as well as dairy and sugar makes me very wired anyway. Please give me advice and a detailed diet that brought you success. I would be very grateful .

I was disabled for a full year with yeast overgrowth. The typical medical doctor has not been trained to deal with it. I know how you feel. I finally found a doctor who specializes in Yeast problems. Dennis Remington, in Provo, Utah. He saved my life. He gave me Niastaton, and Vitaldopholis, (probably both spelled wrong). Both harmless non drug items. 30 days gave me a 50% recovery, the other 50% came slowly, but I am cured. Of course I had a strict diet for the first 30 days, and gradually got back to a normal diet after a year. You can email me if you want more.

Have you read the book, "The Yeast Connection"?
There's also a yeast connection website:

http://www.yeastconnection.com/ftb_excerpt.html

it offers up a reasonable diet plan and recipes to help you get a balanced diet without eating too much meat (Can you eat fish instead of chicken or beef?

Monostat 7 is better than the one day yeast insert, as it treats your symptoms over a period of time. Diflucan is an internal anti-fungal you can take for yeast infections, and it works nice because it goes everywhere in your system and kills the yeast in places like your ears and eyes (I have yeast in my ears, nose, and now some veins). The recommended dosage is one pill a day for fifteen days, but as it works so well you can cut each pill in half and take half a pill a day for 7 days, saving the rest for flareups from that one piece of bread you couldn't resist. You might also want to add enzymes and lactobacillus acidopholus pills (you can get them at the health food store). A colon cleanse once a month will help get rid of yeast in your intestines and will help you get your digestion back in gear. Keeping up with the strict diet for one year plus the Diflucan, enzymes, and lactobacillus acidopholus will help you get better

Citricidal never worked for me. It's a good source of citric acid and Vitamin C, but that's about it. You might want to reduce that dose to half once a day or cut it out completely when taking the Diflucan.

You might want to look into international cookbooks for recipes involving rice, beans, vegetables and fish. You can also use honey and maple syrup as sweeteners instead of sugars. The international recipes use primarily rice, beans and vegetables. You can substitute rice milk for soy or cow's milk (I find it less of an irritant than soy, and it's not beans the magical fruit!), even in a lot of recipes.

Good luck. Diflucan is through prescription only, so you have to see your doctor. But the website offers a lot of information and support.

If you have been struggling to fall pregnant, there are some useful tips that may help to increase your chances of conceiving and prevent miscarriages. Read here https://tr.im/preventinfertility

Follow a healthy, balanced diet by eating plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as foods that are rich in iron, calcium and folate, essential for reproductive health
Maintain a healthy weight as being overweight or underweight can affect the body’s hormone levels which in turn makes conception difficult
Healthy weight loss can increase chances of getting pregnant; however, too much weight loss can affect a healthy pregnancy
Regular exercise such as walking, swimming or cycling will help keep you fit and active before and during your pregnancy. It will also help get you back into shape after the pregnancy
Avoid drinking alcohol and caffeine as this can make you less fertile

I treated my yeast problem, but it was all by accident! Awhile ago, I was having severe GI problems so I switched to a liquid diet for about 3 weeks. I lost weight and got rid of my yeast problem while treating my GI problem!

I didn't include dairy or meat during this time period. Just strained fruit/veggies (just buy jarred baby food), oatmeal, veggie/miso broth, and soy milk. I felt so much better after that.

Now everyone can cure infertility using this natural remedy http://pregnancyhelps.info
infertility can run in the family and one of the first things the doctor asks you when you go to a fertility clinic is your family history regarding cases of infertility or other reproductive issues.
If infertility is caused by genetic disorder then it's not unusual that one of the kids (your mom) doesn't have it and another does (your aunt).
two months of trying is still to early to be concerned about the fact that you might be infertile and it's also quite early to go to a fertility specialist. Go to a regular Obgyb to get a closer insight and see what ways there are are to improve your fertility rate.
Also remove alcohol, caffeine and cigarettes from your life because they might influence your chances too. Stress is also a risk factor when it comes to infertility.

High blood levels of glucose can cause several problems, including frequent urination, excessive thirst, hunger, fatigue, weight loss, and blurry vision. However, because type 2 diabetes develops slowly, some people with high blood sugar experience no symptoms at all. How to treat diabetes naturally https://tr.im/VSmAq

Symptoms of type 1 diabetes:

Increased thirst
Increased urination
Weight loss in spite of increased appetite
Fatigue
Nausea
Vomiting

Patients with type 1 diabetes usually develop symptoms over a short period of time, and the condition is often diagnosed in an emergency setting.

Symptoms of type 2 diabetes:

Increased thirst
Increased urination
Increased appetite
Fatigue
Blurred vision
Slow-healing infections
Impotence in men

If you think you have diabetes i think you should have a checkup and speak with your doctor just in case.
