Well when you eat, the things you do eat are healthy, however, if you are a gymnast and burning calories at a fast rate, you need to be eating more. You definitely need to eat breakfast. If you need something quick try toast with peanut butter and a piece of fruit. If you have a little more time you should eat some hard boiled eggs (minus the yolk) for added protein. For lunch you at least need to eat a salad or sandwich. Again put some grilled chicken or a can of tuna on your salad for protein. For you, taking in protein is important because it helps your muscles heal faster after intense workouts. Your dinner is perfect, no need to change anything about that. And your water intake is GREAT!! I hope this helps! Overall I would rate your eating habits a 5 only because you're not taking in enough food but your selection of what you do eat is a 10!

I was a gymnast for 10 years and quit when i was 14 when i quit i weighed 85 pounds and i honestly had the worst eating habits ever and ate what ever i wanted but i worked out for around 28 hours a week so i easily burned it all of plus more i honestly think you need to eat breakfast becuase if you dont your body is being starved and therefore stores all the food you ate as fat you also dont seem to be getting many carbs which is your main source of energy i know you want to stay thin but if your a hard core gymnast you will easily burn all the calories and keep drinking the water to stay hydrated

I would have to give you a failing grade on your diet. Sorry honey. Breakfast is, without a doubt, the most important meal of the day. It revs up your metabolism and gets your body going. Your diet should be focused on fruit, veggies, and whole grains with a little lean meat and some low fat dairy. I'm glad you're drinking water, but you need some other good things in your diet. Sounds like you have a good dinner. Add a good breakfast and lunch and you'll feel better and have a lot more energy. I bet your weight will drop a little too, although your weight isn't bad. Please just focus on a healthy life style, instead of weight.

About a 2.
First of all, you NEED breakfast. I egg and piece of whole wheat toast is ideal.
You should eat lunch before 2, around 12 or so is good. have more than fruit! Have a small sandwich and fruit.
have a little snack around 4-5 as well, just something small like a cheese stick or something. Finally, eat a small dinner.
Your water drinking habits are very good.

I rate your diet a 0.

If you're a gymnast, you probably have a lot of muscle mass, so 122 may be a little under weight for you. Are you eating so little to lose weight? Don't.

You are on a near starvation diet. Doing that will only put your body into survival mode in which it will store fat and take the energy it needs from your muscles, including your heart muscle.

You need a balanced combination of fats, proteins, and carbohydrates divided into at least three meals daily in order to keep your blood sugar stable, and to provide the energy your body needs to continue your vigorous activities. Having three healthy meals a day will help you to lose fat, if that is your goal.

My daughter, who practiced gymnastics four hours a day for four or five days a week, ate huge quantities of food at every meal, yet still didn't maintain enough body fat to have her periods until after she quit the team.

eating a healthy breakfast will help you loose weight. (do a google search about this topic..you will be surprised how good it is to eat breakfast) even if it's a small piece of fruit, it's so much better than nothing.
because right now, you body is in stravation mode form the dinner you ate the night before all the way until 2pm. and so by the time you eat dinner again..it will store all the fat
eat breakfast and watch how you will loose weight.

9 because u should eat breakfast cuz without it u'd be lanky an with a fruit lunch, breakfast is needed. It revs up your metabolism and gets your body going. Your diet should be focused on fruit, veggies, and whole grains with a little lean meat and some low fat dairy. I'm glad you're drinking water, but you need some other good things in your diet. dont eat much, just 1 egg (-with one egg [make a omelet, scrambled egg, or boiled egg] ) and a slice of bread or so..... just eat something.

Bad.....really bad

You should have a good breakfast, then normal lunch and light dinner. Of course well balanced with raw fruits, raw veggies and proteins (neat, chicken or fish).

Water is good (around 5 litters per day at the most).

there is a say:
Have breakfast as a king,
lunch as a prince,
and dinner as a poor man

I am amazed that you are able to maintain a weight of 122 lbs. with such a restrictive diet. But your weight seems pretty good for your height. However, nutritionally speaking sounds like you are definitely missing out on some vital nutrients. You need to at least add a good vitamin and mineral supplement preferably one prescribed by your MD.

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day. I would eat fruit and a piece of toast with peanut butter or some egg whites.
