That happens to me too. When you are sitting down, your kegel muscles (the muscles that hold in pee) tend to work better than when you are moving about. This leads to being able to "hold in" more blood then when you are standing up. Don't worry, everything's fine :)

Okay this will sound weird, but work with me...
Your muscles in your vagina tighten when you sit down, this combined with cramps will tighten your muscles and hold it in. When you stand up, your muscles relax, and heavy flow buildup flows from the relaxed muscles and from gravity.
I make it a point to immediately go to the bathroom after sitting down for a period of time to drain it all out.
Don't panic - it's okay and normal.
Practice those Kegel exercises - you know, the ones that help tighten and relax your vaginal muscles, and you will be able to control this a little better.
Good luck. Hope this helps =)

when you are sitting you are making it hard for the blood to fall onto the pad. When you stand you make it easier for it to flow through. Think of a hose and when you kink it how it stop the flow, that's close to the same thing as what is happening with you. This is completely normal!

when you are sitting down, the blood flow is stopped because of the way your body is bent when you stand upnaturally all the blood rushes down and out
its normal though, try going up on protection if youfeel you need to change your pad more often try nighttime ones

Its normal if thats what your asking. its just harder for the blood to "pump out" when you walk your completely up right so its easier for it to pass.

When you walk, move, squat, bend over, etc, your pelvic area tilts - then you feel the flow.
