i need to know what i can eat for breakfast if im on a diet, im 5'7 and 225 pounds, im 27 years old. im trying to lose weight and eat healthy and i know that breakfast is the most important meal but i dont really know what to eat. please tell me some things that are good and that i can eat without breaking my diet. i do exercise and i have lunch and dinner covered as well as snacks but breakfast is my problem, oh also is there a certain time it should be eatin or is it right when you wake up? also what if your not hungry in the morning and dont want to eat? thankz alot
