Heart attacks feel like different things to different people. First rule, if you think you're having one, get to the hospital by ambulance...let them tell you it's not one. Second rule...see the first rule.
That said, usually it's a tightness in, band around, weight on the chest and difficulty breathing. Sometimes it's a pain in the left arm, or up into the jaw. Sometimes it's just a stabbing in the middle of the chest. Sometimes it's indigestion. all of which can be caused by panic attacks....get the picture? Age, general health, medical testing and activity surrounding the attacks will help the healthcare team determine the cause.

There R many symptom, sweaty, heaviness in the chest, like some one is sitting on, hard to breath, pain in jaw, pain in left arm, heartburn type feeling, pain between the shoulder blades. Take an aspirin immediately, and believe it or not if you think U R having a heart attack cough, cough like you R trying to clear something out of your lungs and throat, cough hard several times this helps keep your heart beating until the ambulance etc comes.
If you think you r having a heart attack call 911

There are many symptoms for a heart attack. Pain in the jaw, left arm, heaviness in the chest, upset stomach. Look them up on the web. If you are seriously worried, go to the hospital. I think aspirin help, too, but call someone first. Statistics show that people wait too long out of embarrassment. Good luck!

You may not (there are things called silent heart attacks). If you are having chest pain, sweating, fatigue, nausea (not all of them, any one of them), see a doctor as quickly as possible.
