I think she could get an STD how do I get her to stop, cause she does everything but have SEX. She gives BJ's and fingering and everything what do I do to help her?

She could definitely get a STD if her partner is infected. If she cares about her health and that of her partner, they should get tested.
There should be a public health clinic nearby which does all kinds of testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases. I don't think you can stop her, but she might stop if she is more aware of the risks involved.

You can only give her advise and your opinion. You can not make her decisions for her. Make sure that you make the right decision for yourself and that is all that is in your power. If you have a problem with what she is doing, then maybe you should talk to her.

well first off, i think that is more between them with what they decied to do, also was he sexual active before? Was she? If yes to ether they should simply just go get checked at teh free clinic(every city has one).
