Hard boiled egg whites or Oatmeal are pretty good.

YOu're best bet is to eat in small portions and eat frequently like 5 times a day but the meals should be close to snack portions as opposed to a big meal. You could eat first thing in the morning but don't force yourself to eat when you're not hungry either. At the same time, it's just as bad to starve yourself when you are hungry, otherwise the body goes into starvation mode and slows your metabolism.

Congrats on getting healthy!

Eggs are great for breakfast. You can try an egg white omelet with veggies (I love spinach in mine); skip the cheese as it can add fat real fast, but if you're like me and love cheese, just get a low/reduced fat cheese.

Also, whole grains are great in the morning. Try whole wheat waffles with some fresh berries on them. You can also have low-fat yogurt or even a smoothie (just get frozen fruit, add some water or low fat milk, and a little splenda and blend in a blender).

Some people even eat what they would eat for dinner for breakfast as dinners are usually higher calories. This way, they can burn i off through out the day.

You should always try and eat within an hour of waking. By doing so, you are stopping your body from going into "I'm starving!" mode, which can slow your metabolic rate.

If you are just not hungry when you wake up, try getting a good low cal protein shake, such as Muscle Milk, Slim Fast, or even Carnation Instant Breakfast. The protein in these are really good for you and will help you stay full.

I wish you the best of luck!

Fruit!!! Try bananas or strawberries on a rice cake and put a little honey on top. Raisin Bran with 2% is good, but don't forget the fruit. Five small small meals a day will work better than two or three larger ones. Easy one the cheese and fried anything. Quit alcohal completely. You will lose muscle before fat if you don't get active and exercise, and have one cheat day a week or you will fail like everyone else who fails.

Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.

Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.

U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.

Apparently no breakfast till u get hungry.

I love breakfast. I eat more then, than at any other time of day.

My favourite is muesli (kind of like granola with oats and fruit) with vanilla yogourt and fresh fruit like strawberries/blueberries/mango and bananas. Then I'll eat a sesame-seed bagel with a little bit of peanut butter. Often I'll top it off with a smoothie made of vanilla soymilk blended with frozen berries and fresh banana. It's a lot of food, but it doesn't weigh you down and I feel great all day.

Make sure to watch your sugar intake -- cereal is great, as long as it's not full of refined sugar. And try to stick to soy milk or 1 or 2% milk. Some fat is OK (seriously), for instance in the milk or butter, but don't go crazy with bacon or fried foods because you'll feel crappy all day. Also check the ingredients of your bagels; I find that a lot of bread products in the U.S. have tonnes of artifical ingredients and sugar.

Also, importantly, juice actually has *tonnes* of added sugar (one glass of apple juice equals the sugar of 6 apples at least), which will just make you crash later. Try to stick to the natural sugars of real fruit and drink water. If you substitute the cream in your coffee for milk, that'll go a long, long way, and also try to reduce the amount of sugar you add(or not put any at all).

And like I said: At first it seems like a lot of food (I eat a lot of all of the above), but eventually you wake up craving it all and you want seconds. And since none of it is bad, you can have seconds -- especially since you'll probably burn it off .

Have a good breakfast!

You can make a great omelet with egg beaters, veggies, and low fat cheese for very low calories. There is also deli ham out there that is low in calorie, 50 calories for 6 slices. Just read the package. the ham goes well in an omelet too.

Fruit salad and whole wheat toast are good, or fruit and yogurt, with whole wheat toast.

I usually eat one of the following when dieting:

1.) 3 eggs whites and whole wheat toast with orange juice or apple juice
2.) Cereal (cheerios, corn flakes, special k, total) and an apple or other fruit with orange juice or apple juice
3.) Yogurt in any flavor with some granola added with orange juice

Hope this helps.

Special K and low fat milk and a bowl of mixed fruit. This is a full healthy meal that will not interfere with your diet. Good luck!

Even you are hungry, you need to eat breakfast, to kickstart your nutrition. That is what my doc told me (I am usually not hungry in morning).

Eat cereal, whole grain bread, drink homemade fruitjuice (unsweetened) etc. If you must, have your tea or coffee.
