I think most people are aware of WINTER Seasonal Affective Disorder which causes depression during the winter months when the skies are grey much of the time, but how many are aware some people get severely depressed during hot, summer weather, the kind of weather that MOST people call "beautiful"?

Hey-
I live in US 3/4 of the year and greece the remainder of the year. I have 50 more days to go before i go to greece. it is driving me crazy to the point of true psycological insanity..... i need to know how to make time pass quicker while enjoying life here....and suggestions?

I know it sounds strange but idk if I should seek help or not. Everytime I listen to a heart beat of any kind, my body gets hard and I get excited and aroused. Is this normal or do I have a problem? My heart doesn't race during this but I feel hard everytime I hear a heart beat. Its even worse when the heart beat is very fast.

I have anxiety, I have panic attacks...and I don't think I can do this anymore. I need to talk to somebody, and I want somebody to give me some words of encouragment. I don't know what could be triggering these anxiety attacks...but here is some information...

When did this start?
The anxiety has been going on for about two months, but I have just shrugged it off and moved on. Now it is far worse and sometimes I will just lay awake one morning shaking.
How often does it happen?
Now it has been happening for three days straight, no stopping. The big attacks happen around noon when I am by myself.
Is there something that triggers this?
Nothing that I know of for sure. The last thing that triggered an anxiety attack was somebody mentioning a doctor on one of my questions. I don't wish to go see a doctor, I am not in pain, I just have some little problems.
How long does it last?
Once it starts it continues for about two hours...or until I go to sleep.

In April, I noticed that there was a round spot on my breast that looked something like a bruise, it had been there for quite a while, at least 6 months and I never thought anything of it... I did notice that my chest, just above my breast, seemed to be out more than the other side... I went to the dr. and I had an ultrasound and the ultrasound came back normal. I've been crazy busy since and haven't had time to go back to the doctor... but the bump on my chest seems to be a bit larger than it was before, its very flat and it is hard, and my dr. suggested that it may be muscle...
I have also notice two more much smaller spots on my chest, which look like bruises...
I decided to look it up and came across inflammatory breast cancer, could it be this?
I do not have itchiness, warmth, dimples,or anything like that, and it says the swelling is usually around the armpit, where the lymph nodes are, but mine is on my chest? I'm worried, does anyone know much about this, could i have IBC?

i had sex and i dont know if i had an orgasm. it doesnt feel like tingling or a rush feeling. it feels like something is contracting and it only lasts about 5 to 7 seconds. what else could it be? is it an orgasm? i always get them whenever i do it. i dont think they feel that good. but its still good. what do you think it could be? im a female. it doesnt seem very intense. everytime i do it, it doesnt get anymore intense or less. so what do you think? ppl say i would know if i had it. well i wouldnt just get that feeling for nothing. so what is it???

The carpet is in great condition -- practically new. I hired a pro carpet cleaner who did a deep clean and "sealed" the carpet with Scotch Guard, but I'm still having major allergy problems. I can't even be in the condo longer than an hour or so. Anyone know if there is a solution short of replacing the carpet? I've heard that I might need to paint, too, to rid the condo of cat dander that may be on the walls. Anyone know anything about that? Thanks much.
