Eww...no. I don't like Tylenol PM at all. Leaves me with a really bad 'hang-over' feeling and bummed all day long.
There is a product made by Tylenol that is MUCH better... its Simply Sleep.
Try it... it works great. And there is no after-effects like with PM.

Please be wary of taking Tylenol especially if you drink regularly. Severe liver damage can occur. Why not check out the many references online for sleeping problems or insomnia? Check www.webmd.com for good ideas. A cheaper alternative for occasional insomnia are any of the sleeping aids available at the drug store without prescription. Most of them contain antihistimines which make you sleepy - same thing that is in Tylenol PM - but less expensive! Be aware these things can keep you sleepy in the morning so take them at least 12 hours before you need to wake up.

Tylenol PM is only tylenol and benadryl. Tylenol simply sleep is just benadryl at a more expensive price. Buy some generic benadryl (diphenhydramine)

Its not a sleeping pill, its a pain reliever with a small amount of a sleep aid in it.
Sleeping pills aren't the answer - find out why you can't sleep and deal with that. Pills are addictive and can cause health problems.

a good sleeping pill that works well and doesnt leave you groggie in the morning is Unisom tablets (not liquid gels, not the same)...the problem with Tylenol P.M is its just like everyother sleeping meds that contain Benydril (stuff for allergies)...so try unisom tablets

Try Benydrl, same ingredients.
My doctor Recommends Tylenol PM
My niece loves them, and they work for her.
But benydrl knocks her out!

if that does't work, see a Doctor,
Ambein works wonders!!! Sonoma too!
Hate Rozerium and Lunesta!!-- nasty side affects

Just go buy generic benadryl. Cheaper, & less damaging to your kidneys than Tylenol PM.

I use it on occassion... But you can always just use Nytol or something to that effect if you aren't in pain though.
