Well Alcohol and Caffeine are Drugs.
Alcohol is a depresent and a Calming drug.
Caffeine is a Energetic, and heart stimulant.

The reason why they should not drink it before they work out is because they are both a De hydrant Substance.
They work the water substance out of the cells which tire out any thing that in the body that needs water ( Muscle ) .

But Caffeine is fine if you drink lots of water. It helps with energy and muscle exhaustion.
Caffeine Is good for Before and After you work out, if you have food and lots of water and this makes caffeine a good help if you work out.

But Alcohol is out of the Question, you shouldnt even be drinking Alcohol. So why and the hell would you drink Alcohol before and After you work out. Its Common Sense.

alchohol and caffiene both take water out of the body and if your active physically your body needs more hydration to aid the body's ability to push out toxins and process nutrients properly.dehydration can cause many different functions in the body not to perform properly and result in feeling, well ill.a hang over is what it is exactly like.

alcohol and caffiene are diuretics, they force the body to become slightly dehydrated. so using them before physical activety like some team sports will make somebody prone to dehydration.

Because alcohol and caffeine will dehydrate you. If you are doing any strenuous activity, your body uses water to keep you hydrated. If you drink alcohol or caffeine, they deplete your body of your water stores, and you become dehydrated.

both are diuretics and so before or after physical activity you wanna make sure you are hydrated well which is why you won't want to drink either of those things.

both are stimulants, yes alcohol is a stimulant, and you can raise your heart rate and blood pressure to dangerous levels by drinking any two hours before or one hour after strenuous exercise.

Both will dehydrate you as will sports so it's a bad idea.
