As a pharmacy tech, I always hear the pharmacist answering this question by "whatever is the cheapest." I would recommend something like Centrum or Once-A-Day or the generic equivalents.

i buy a good graded multi vitamin..i got it off the internet but to tell the truth..most vitamins do the same job..you want a good brand..don't go el cheapo vitamins and don't over spend..make sure they are fresh..and keep them out of heat and light...but good food is the best source of vitamins...pills just supplement as we don't eat the foods we should...

choose a liquid vitamin that is 100% bioavailable, most pills or tablets are not broken down in the gut and are simply passed in the stool.

I use the Equate ones at Wal Mart. They are just as good as the name brand ones.

Take Centrum. It has advanced formula and high potency. I been taking Centrum for a long time and when you take it consistanly it can help prevent colds.

I use the Gnc ones. And they work pretty good, also one a day works good too from walmart.
