is this normal? i noticed white spots all over my sheet and i didnt change them for weeks. should i?

Right now, I am going through something that has happens with me so frequently... almost nightly. Suddenly, after feeling lethargic and depressed for most of the day, around late night, I start getting this mountain of energy... but at the same time, I get anxious and scared because I feel as if I'm losing my mind. My head becomes slightly lightheaded, but I can't stop pacing the floors because of this energy. Sometimes I have to blast music and play air guitar or something - and I get into this delusion sometime that it's me playing - to release the energy, while still feeling as if I'm losing my mind. When I get like this, I lose almost all of my concentration and procrastinate big time. I have a paper due today and I cannot finish it, because it feels as if my attention span has been taken away since I got into this state about a couple of hours ago. I don't feel REALLY excited... just energetic, anxious, kinda paranoid, no attention, and can't stop pacing. Is this a mania?

I went to a china study tour to study for two months, and when i got back home i grew 10 pounds. I'm in the volleyball varcity but we only practice once a week. It starts the week after next week. How can I lose weight? especially in my thighs an belly.

I have been having this pain in my lower stomach for years now and doctors have related it to my ovulation periods until a doctor friend adviced that i go for a pelvic scan of which it was detected that i had an inflamation in my pelvic region.it was then that i was told it was a chronic pelvic inflamation disease and i have been on anti-biotics.
Can it be cured?Could it affect me in anyway?please advice

He was in a major accident causing major skull fractures, broken leg, right on hip and Femur bone. Both of his cheek bones were crushed, his teeth were pushed and shifted into his jaw, he will need alot of x-rays, and a major leg surgery But he does not have insurance, and his family needs financial support, and counseling. The rest of the family wants to know if there is any foundation, or oganization, or charities out there willing to help my nephew and our family. May God not let that bleeding in his brain get any worse, or else he will need brain surgery as well, as plastic surgery. They are a very strong, and christian family. But sometimes it is hard to maintain strong. Please someone let us know if there is any help we may be able to have. Please, they are at Ft. Worth TX. Thank you. And God bless Luke.

The joint under my big toe is really swollen, tender, throbbing and I cant put hardly any weight on it. Last night the sheet on the bed was hurting it! Its been 2 days and it seems to be getting worse not better
I havn't done anything to injure it
Im only 22, and I dont drink and eat well and exercise.
Im not overweight either

I went to the doctor and was told I had an ear infection. They gave me antibiotics. I have been on them for 5 days but it doesnt seem to do anything...My cousins dad told her to put peroxide in her ear to clear up ear infections and she said it worked...I wondered if this is true? Has this worked for anyone else? I put a little bit in my ear already and let it out...but Im worried? Has anyone else tried this?

I'm a new 'owner' of herpes & i really feel depressed.Cold sores envelop my mouth from time to time.I still can't accept the fact that i'm the only one in my family to have it.

My question is,how do i prevent it from spreading to my loved ones? And by having herpes,does this mean i can't have any kind of contact with others? (touching,hugging,kissing,etc.)

if you skim through my recent last questions, youll see that it seems to be just me thats going through it this bad on yahoo answers.
who wants to be struggling with bpd, low self esteem, major depressive moods each day, never have made any friendships in life, never had a girlfriend, never been employed,
is lonely, lives by oneself in a small apartment....
whod want to live like this? who could endure this? i dont think anyone would envy being me in life...
i also struggle with rage and high anxiety & panic, which prevents me going out..
how will i ever achieve my dreams of finding a nice girlfriend & emigrating from the uk?
i just dont see how i will...i have a criminal record,nothing serious, but one never the less..
i see nothing but very cloudy, grey,& dark days ahead for me.....i dont like myself, how i look, the way im physically aging,
the way i have 2 missing teeth at the front (bottom row)~im bald...
ive never liked my physical appearance. who could live like this?

every since i was around 10 when it was freezing outside and i was being active by right nuts would like hide inside my body and disappear almost, and it still happens today when im playin football and my cups a little tight on my nuts it hide sometimes
