what else could it be? i got sick over a year ago very nasty the worst flu ever, with vomiting etc, but that was forever ago and i think im still spreading it which is weird because most people only say it lasts for a bit, ive noticed its never like regular, some people get sick the next day others dont, i dont have access to get checked out right now so id like to narrow it down just what else could it be? i doubt its like hepatitis, because others have gotten the same and they had the shots please help!!

I have been experiencing sharp pains on my lower right and left sides, and when I get these pains, I also get a lot of discharge... I show all of the signs, so why haven't I started yet???
