ps yea i a big health freak, i cant really help it, its how u get after being a gym n supplement buff, anywho, id just hate it to be me, the reason i think it is me is because, people in different crowds have gotten it, first friends, then in my family they started getting it.. obiously i got it from someone else, but lately, its school (its a pretty small close knitt school, my instructor was first then the rest followed) and well lately... my gf god thats the perfect way to make a good impression! so mainly yea it was that when i got overly worryish, but ok stomach virus out... hep. most likely out as well, could it really be parasitic? i took a vermox that time i got sick, said if its hard to take 2 and i never did, so lately took one just now, but wondering could it just b "bed bugs"

If you had something contagious and someone caught it from you, it would take at least four days for them to become ill. They wouldn't be sick the next day. And if you had hepatitis, it would probably take much longer for someone to display symptoms. As long as you are feeling okay, I doubt strongly that you could be a "carrier" of anything pathologic.

Back in the old days before a vaccine was discovered for typhoid (and you can be sure you had this vaccination as a child--all kids get the shot in the US) people could carry the disease without being ill themselves, hence the name Typhoid Mary.

It's more likely their eating habits that are making them ill. For instance, if you shared a pizza and a pitcher of beer with a friend, maybe his constitution is not as strong as yours, so he or she got ill the next day. Short term stomach upsets happen to everyone. Stop blaming yourself.

Why do you think it's you that's spreading it? Maybe others don't have the antibodies but you do so someone else is passing it around. You don't get it because you already had the industrial strength version! LOL Nothing spread so fast that people get it a day later. There is an incubation period which is usually from 2 - 7 days. I seriously doubt you are a carrier. I think you just had it so bad you can't forget it so you're more aware of when others get sick than most people are. *shrug*

The symptoms of the virus you were carrying might be gone, but the illness is still there. So it sound slike you need to get onto some really good pro-biotic tablets, and boost your immune system with some echinachea etc. If you are really concerned the you have to see a doctor. But I have not felt 100% for a long time and it's just a virus that keeps lingering. East plently of fruit, drink plenty of water and try to sweat it out by exercise or in the sauna.

What do you mean you are still spreading it??? Do you still have the vomiting, diahrhea Etc?

If you don't have the symptoms, you can't spread anything.
If you still have the symptoms after a year, you probably have intestinal parasites. Possibly something worse,

So get checked out if you have symptoms, ,re- evaluate your reasoning re spreading if you don't have symptoms

Hi,get to a doctor asap it might just be coincidence.I know what stomach bug you are on about as last year I got it & it took 2 lots of anti-biotics to get rid of it.Maybe theres another strain of it & you are not getting it with getting the one last year. I was suspicious about the fact it was kept quiet & a lot of people got it.It took about 6 wks to get rid of it.You have to go to the doctors to make sure & to give you peace of mind.Good Luck Please let us know how you get on.
