There isn't necessarily anything really wrong with you, maybe a lack of motivation, and maybe you're just trying to do all the things you couldn't do before because of your job.

You have no motivation because after you quit your job, you felt you had no reason to get up in the morning. am I right?
Sweetheart, you are suffering from depression and it will become worse if you aren't careful. But at the same time, you don't want to overwhelm yourself with too much cus that'll cause more depression.
First, turn off the PC. second, come out of you room. You absolutely must stop the isolation. If you MUST use a PC, go to the library or whatever it is you have where you are. The one in my area has a time limit on them. It is also important for you to be around people. You don't have to talk--go to the mall with a friend and make fun of the people there. Quietly, of course.
Then, start asking yourself why you quit your job. Sounds like it was sudden.
I could go on a bit more but I hope this gets me started. e me if you need to through here.

Okay you're jsut going through a rough time.

Everyone has them, so don't think that you're the only one that has ever been at this stage in life.

The good news is that it WILL for sure pass.

Maybe you feel sad because you quit your job, maybe you jsut missing it.. there are many possibilities why you're feeling like this.

Your sleep is weird because you're not on scheduel sicne you don't have a job anymore.

You have to get yourself on track.

Try to stay up one night and passout arround 8pm that way you'll get ALOT of sleep to make out for those hours you were awake and you'll be able to wake early.

Another thing, try and keep yourself busy !

Get out of the house, goto a movie, even rent some movies and invite someone over if you don't feel ready to go out just yet.

Try to get a job.. one you're intersted in. It will keep you busy and bring you to something you're filmiliar with.. working.

Good luck, sweetie and best wishes!

it is obvious, someone or maybe many at your last job did something to your inner person that made you quit and it hurt you emotionally..so maybe you need to get in touch with a labor attorney and sue them for a lot of money and this will make you feel a little better..
and set your alarm clock for 7 am tomorrow and get up and start looking for a new job ( after you talk to an attorney first)

good luck

No problem, ....yet! You are just enjoying your freedom while you can; reverting to being a teen in summer with no school, no responsibilities. It won't last I'm afraid. Soon your refrigerator will seem empty, your rent come due or your parents (If you still live with them) will complain and you will get your motivation back. Enjoy it while you can.

Good luck, good health, peace and love!

Sounds to me like there maybe a little depression there. You need to talk with someone or get a hobby or something to look towards each day. Everyone has there "down" days, but it is not healthy when it becomes long term.

Good Luck

You'll want to get a professional opinion about that. Only a psychiatrist would really know.

Personal opinion though...maybe a lack of moviation or possibly Depression.

Depression setting in. Why did you quit your job if you didnt have another one lined up? Are you feeling a bit hopeless? How old are you?
