What are some good calorie burners, like does dancing help? for one hour how many calories would you burn or is it better to just get out on a bike or do some crunches, ( when i say dance i mean walk it out or two step or somethin like that)

The best way to exercise is to do something you enjoy. Crunches are very boring. So dance can be very good. You might even consider Belly Dancing (also known as the muscle dance), which combines body control, very strenous exercise and culture.

Cycling can be fun, if the weather is good.

Perhaps vary your exercise routine. Join a social sport club, play tennis once a week, do aerobics or dance once or twice a week, go dancing on the weekends, go cycling when you want...and live a fit lifestyle

running and swimming is what i recommend. not biking that much unless you're really pushing hard. if your in a dance class i guess that burns a lot because i know a lot of girls in dance with great bodies.
