Your question doesn't make sense.
First, it's IMPOSSIBLE to contract herpes from a stripper pole.
Herpes is ONLY spread by sex (vaginal, oral, and anal) and by DIRECT skin to skin contact with an infected area. It can also be spread from a mother to child during birth, but this is pretty rare.
Secondly, since it's impossible to get herpes from a pole, it would be impossible to file workers comp. for it.

sweety u r the dumbess person today congradulations. U can not get herpes from a ******* pole. It has been proven that std's die when air hits them outside the body. So being a nasty stripper that u are and whoring around u caught herpes for being nasty sorry u better go get it tooken care of. And if u tried to file for workers compinsation u will get laughed at so I wouldnt recommend doing that okay

provided you can prove it's the pole and not the other way around. that is you had it and gave it to the pole and then from pole to someone else. Of course these places with pole dances are exactly legit so god knows who's going to sue who

I don't think so. I'm pretty sure that you can't contract herpes from an open-air surface, and you'd have to be grinding pretty hard, especially if you were wearing clothes of some sort.

not if they made you sign a waiver. if you are a dancer you are supposed to wipe the pole before you dance on it. they would probably say she contracted it from not wiping the pole correctly.
