I have been experiencing sharp pains on my lower right and left sides, and when I get these pains, I also get a lot of discharge... I show all of the signs, so why haven't I started yet??? I know it sounds crazy, but I actually want to start my period; I'm tired of my friends looking older than me, and I'm tired of not being able to get any guys because I'm flat chested... any advice whatsoever???

Talk to your mom.

I would go see a doctor. The sharp pains you are having might be a sign of a disorder. You might have a hormonal imbalance that is preventing you from starting your menstrual cycle. Doctors can help with that through medication. Also, I would ask your Mom when she started. You usually start within 1-2 years before or after your Mom started. Best advice, just be patient. When your body is ready, it will happen.

OK honey. I know how you feel but once you get it ,your going to hate it. It sounds like your body is preparing its self for your first period. It may be in a couple months or a year from now. You never know. I would just suggest carrying around some pads with you for emergencies. As for the guys part, at that age they're so immature they don't know up from down. Also, breasts may look great but they get in the way half the time.

Getting period is not fun at all! There's no way you can force nature...Let it happen on it's own. But usually the earliest a girl can get their period is around 8-9 years old. So you should get your period around 9-13 years of age. If you don't get it by then ... talk to your doctor.

I would do anything in the world right now NOT to have my period... Please do not rush it. Having your period isn't going to make your breast go from an A to a C because if that was the case I'd be like a Double D. Don't worry about it, nothing is going to make it come quicker. I didn't get mine till like 8th grade i think.... Believe me once you get it...you HATE it.

It should happen any day now, just be patient. If the sharp pains persist, I would see your doctor just to make sure everything is okay. Give it a couple weeks.

you will get it soon normally around 13 to 15 and ignore guys who dont like flat chested girls, cuz they'll just love you for what you are not who you are, which is bad. just be patient. you can buy this thing in drug stores that can help stop that pain in you'r belly.

Your body decides when this happens. You're going to be getting it somewhere within the next 3 months. Everyone is different, some get it sooner, some take forever.

How old was your mother? Usually you're the same age she was or up to a year younger.

There is no way to tell when you will get your period as everyone is different. Also getting your period will not affect your breast size.
