There's not much you can do, as height is largely the result of genetics. I'm no happier to hear this than you, as I'm the runt of a short family.

I say LARGELY because there are two factors - genes, and nutrition/exercise. Genes determine height potential, nutrition and exercise determine to what degree that potential is realized. In other words, say you have two identical twins who are separated at birth. One lives with a family who eats a very complete diet - quality complete foods like whole grains, organic meats, clean water and such - and gets lots of time to play with other children. The other lives with a family who eats a lot of fast food and processed food, and spends most of his leisure time indoors lounging. Both have the same genetic potential as far as height. The twin with the healthier lifestyle and more complete nutrition reaches the height of 5'11"; the second twin grows to be 5'8".

This kind of thing has been studied and proven to be a common occurrence. You're young, take good care of your body and with any genetic luck, you won't be a shrimp like me. :)

I am 6'3'' tall and not fat btw. The way to get tall is to basically do the opposite of everything doctors and friends will tell you is healthy. You should eat tons of candy and pop, at least one meal a day should be from these things. To avoid getting hungry during the day, you should have a piece of toast and a stay awake pep pill for breakfast. Walking around at night keeps your back straight and is helpful.

You could do what whatshisface in Gattacca did--break your legs and put them in a stretcher thing for a couple inches OR you could stop stressing over something you have noi control over.
