Do a combination till you get extra perfect on the jumproping. you're marvelous -- while you're messing up periodically, that is permitting you those little rests which you do not inevitably get at an identical time as working, so your heart cost is going backpedal. yet as quickly as you may bounce-rope gradually for longer sessions, it incredibly is an incredibly sturdy exercising consultation. I had a gymnasium instructor who taught a jumproping type, and stated that bounce roping burned extra energy than working...yet i don't comprehend for confident that that is genuine. in spite of everything, it incredibly is sturdy to selection your habitual, which you would be able to besides use jumproping to your off-days from working.

Let's take you seriously and tell you that your motivation is terrific, but in your condition you should exercise under the guidance of a doctor. No gym is going to let you into a pool without medical clearance. If you are able to WALK to start, do that with regularity before you take up running.
Good luck!

In YOUR case, for the first 400 pounds you lose- swimming. If you make it below 250- try to gradually build from a slow walk to a steady jog. If you make it below 200 lbs- you deserve a medal, a spot on Oprah, & all of our undying admiration. :)WHATEVER you do- DO IT. Your life- depends on it. Good luck.

While I am no expert, it seems to me that swimming would be easier to begin with as water will support your weight and you can start doing some resistance exercises. Good luck whatever you decide to do.
