for your body and breath to stop smelling like youve been drinking. My boyfriend was drinking vodka everyday for a few months. Now he has stopped, but his body still smells like vodka! Will the smell go away or is there something wrong with his liver or insides??????

Vodka has a chemical known as ethanol in it. When you drink about 3 shots of vodka, it can stay in there for a while. This chemical reacts with glucose in the liver and makes a smell. If there is a lot of sugar in the diet, the body will hold on to some ethanol and slowly release it giving it a smell. This is normal, there is nothing to worry, about, maybe cut down on suagr intake.

Hi, I think since he was a heavy drinker there for awhile it will take some time to completely get threw his system. I don't there is really anything to worry about.

AS LONG AS THERE IS ALCOHOL IN THE BLOODSTREAM THERE WILL ALSO BE THE SMELL ON HIS BREATH BECAUSE THE ALCOHOL WILL BE STILL PROCESSED BY THE ALVEOLI IN THE LUNGS.
THE LIVER CAN BE HARMED AND THIS CAN END UP KILLING YOUR BF.
