Don't have insurance, so in turn i don't have the money for a breast reduction, but i wear an f, and i am a small girl, 5'1. they just look so out of place. Is there a natural way to reduce them?

Losing weight may NOT help! It all depends on how much fatty versus dense breast tissue is in your breasts.

I'm thinking with your cup size and height, that working out will not work for you.

Try to get financing. Ask for assistance from family if you can.

Why don't you have insurance? Find a full time job that has health benefits and when it kicks in, get approved!

BTW, working out and losing weight did NOT help me lose a cup size!

You could try wearing a cup smaller underwire bra. Then just let the extra breast be below, It will not really show......

Now then start saving your nickels and dimes. There are very reputable plastic surgeons in Costa Rica that can do a breast lift quite reasonably...

If you're overweight at all, then try losing weight. I have lost 24 pounds so far, and I've gone from a DDD to a D. That's a big difference! If you're a healthy weight, then you could try minimizer bras, they cost a little more, but can reduce you a cup size or two...

Good luck!

Losing weight generally will reduce breast size. I'd suggest a low fat diet and smaller portions of healthy food.

Good luck!

When they are there, they are there for good unless you have children or become a much older woman and have internal things like that alternate the nature of them. There is nothing you can to, without getting surgery. Just deal with them and be proud.

I'm really sorry to hear that, you poor thing. No, I'm afraid there is no real way to reduce them by any measurable size naturally.

You didn't mention your overall size, but if you have some weight to lose, losing those pounds will certainly reduce your breasts as they are mostly fatty tissue.

Lose weight but if you are already a good weight then get a really good minimizing bra. Also, cosmetic surgery can be financed ya know........so what if it takes forever to pay it off what are they going to do if you can't pay put the fat back in? LOL

My mothers trainer had c-cups and she has Started body building (not like scary just to be more fit) and is now an
a-cup! If you do arm and shoulder, and back exercises then maybe yours will become smaller!

I hope this helps!
