about them my head starts hurting and feel sick....any tips on how to get rid of this... :D

I can only assume anxiety or panic attacks or just possibly frustration.
Get yourself an outline to follow breaking down every point that you want to address. Then expand every section add as neccessary until you hit the 25 page mark. If the headaches go away as you make progress and you're not feeling nervous than it's just normal. Try to relax, drink some water, and stay away from the caffeine which can also trigger the headaches.

Date one in all them for an hour, i could fairly spend an hour with them, then basically a million kiss. 2. digital mail tackle, so i will communicate with them. 3. this could nicely be a tough one, yet i think of i could fairly have Nick say i'm relatively. 4. Meet them and get hugged, which would be incredible! 5.
