It's hard even now to share my problems in front of a computer as I have never done it before but here goes.I believe I have some kind of mental illness judging by the way I live my life.Sometimes I wake up at 7 AM barely waking up sometimes (rarely) at 4 AM. I am 18 years old. I stay too much at the PC,have 2 voices ,a changing one and a normal one,everyone knows me by my changing one because I never used the other one.I try to do some exercises but give up the next few days,and the cycle repeats itself.This spitting fetish of mine has become a daily obsession. I am lazy.Some things that I once did with pleasure seem now just a waste of time.Most of the time my thoughts are to kill everyone that opposes me.And no I don't cry ,because all of my emotions have dried out,I am now an addicted,lifeless soul with slight attempts of recovery that mostly end up smashed.I am also very obsessive with schedules and plans. I look for order ,but I really am sloppy.I hope this can be helped.

I graduated college over a year ago. Since then I have started my own company and moved to NYC. I need to be in the office by 9 every morning, which means I need to get up at 6:30. The problem is I absolutely can not fall asleep before 2. If I go to bed at 12 I will lay in bed for 2 hours, no matter how much sleep I got the night before.

Sleeping pills help but when I wake up I feel extremely tired like I didn't sleep well. I have tried herbal remedies, teas, etc. I even didn't sleep one night and ended up going to bed at 1 the next night, so that didn't really help.

Any ideas?

I had it removed about a month and a half ago and was given antibiotics and a healing cream, both are gone its not infected but its not healing at all. I do hot soaks, and have it covered with neosporin and a bandage which i change in the morning, after work and after my shower and i leave it open a while to air out. What should i do? Thanks

i went to the oral surgeon the other day and he told me i have to get all 4 wisdom teeth removed at once, and since they are all "in bone" i would have to be put asleep to do it, any tips? how much pain afterwards? also what are the chances of not waking up. thanks

A couple of days ago i used this soap it was made by one of my grandma's friends and it devoloped a red, peeling dry rash on my face..mousterizer helps but only 4 about an hour then it goes back 2 a disgusting rash. I have 2 go 2 a party i 2 DAYS!!!! I need help

I am trying to tapper from Lexapro. I was taking 10mg for the lats 12 months. I went down to 5mg everyday for about 3 weeks, then 5mg every other day for a week and then 5mg every three days. Then the problems started. First 4 days were horrible, I wanted to crawl of my skin. The half of 5th and 6th day were very good, now today sucks again, but not that hard likie it used to. My head feels like in cloud, I am off balance, no energy, depression, headache, no apetite, sick, foggy. My doc wanted me to go back to 5mg a day to see if it helps. What should I do, am I too far to go back???

i was at the front of a dimmu borgir concert, it was really hot and i needed thirsties. so i asked the person behind me if i could borrow their water bottle, i water falled it, about 16 days later i have this soar on corner of my mouth which looks like acne, it popped like acne but im not certain,

does anyone know of a program to help pay for oral surgery we have found a dentist but it will cost $3555 but we only have 13 days to come up with the money she is HIV pos. thanks to her second husband and can not work anymore due to other health problems so she is on a fixed income with 2 kids at home this problem has become medically neccesary due to weight loss but medicare and medicaid does not cover dental please someone help us thank you

My husband has had this problem for nearly six months now. He's seen the doctor twice, but he says it's nothing. The doctor gave him prescription strength Hydrocortisone, but it hardly does a thing. It's not worms. There's no signs of a rash or sores. There have been no changes in diet or cleaning products. It seems to be getting worse and more frequent. Bowel movements really seem to aggravate it. It's to the point where he is near depression b/c anywhere he goes if he walks or sits for too long or uses the bathroom he has to go home immediately b/c it drives him crazy. Please help.

I had two teeth pulled over two weeks ago. One was a wisdom tooth and one was a molar. They were right next to eachother.

So here is my problem, I still have an open socket in my gum that is about an inch long (it looks like the surgeon made one long cut to take both teeth out). It doesn't look like it is healing at all!!!

It doesn't hurt at all, it is just annoying as all get out since I still have to get up constantly and clean it out.

So, my question is, how long does it take for the sockets to close up if you don't get stitches? Should I be worried at all?

I'm not overweight or obese, actually barely in the "normal" zone for BMI so I don't need to worry about getting rid of fat yet but what if I want to lose weight from muscle? If i excersise, it may burn calories but I'll keep building muscle and put on more weight from the muscle. How do I lose the muscle weight without getting fat from not excersising? Is there a way to excersise without gaining muscle?
