Throw is away NOW!!! Remember how hard it was to quit in the first place. Not to mention how bad it is for your dental health.

It isn't that easy to quit completely...I have never dipped, but I smoke. I have tried to quit numerous times. I finally did quit by chewing lots of gum...but there is always that temptation to start back again. When you get the urge to do it, try to keep busy...run, anything that will keep your mind off of it. Also, try chewing on a toothpick or eat carrots...that also helped me. Good luck!

find suckers or hard candies that you like. my husband quit with tootsie pops and creme savers while he was deployed in iraq. Due to his job he wasn't allowed to use the gum or anything because of possible side effects that could occur while he was working. good luck.

Google pictures of head and neck cancers. If you get pharyngeal cancer, you will have part of your face removed. For the cravings, try gum or a medication called Chantix.

I you quit for that long then why go back to it to start it all over agian? You quit once so if you reallly want to stop it then it's up to you to stop it now ! No one can stop it for you or tell you how, you have to just want to stop it bad enough! If you don't then you must really enjoy it and don't want to stop !!
