D - it just means that it has fewer calories than the regular product of the same kind.

My guess would be E) All of the above. Regardless of whether or not the front of the package claims reduced calorie, low fat, heart healthy, or any of the other empty marketing phrases, I read the label. Yeah, the calorie count might be nice, but if I see the words corn syrup or hydrogenated, I don't get it.
