What you are contemplating is very dangerous for your health. There is no way you should be losing 30 pounds. Listen to what everyone is saying in reply to your questiuon even though I'm sure you won't want to. Both Clare and Captain Obvious gave good answers.

If you lost that much, you would likely need hospitalisation. As a comparison look at the weights of models and beauty queens - I've never seen a weight below 110 and most are 120+. Also be aware you will never look like their images in magazines as their images are computer enhanced in the production of the adverts you see them in.

A healthier of way of improving your body shape is to work outinthe gym with weights to sculpt your body - that can help provide curves. If you lost 30 pounds you would look skeletal and sick.

Use the internet and check what is healthy.

yes you will lose weight but you can't keep that diet up, it isn't good for you. The bad thing is, as soon as you lose the weight you want you will go back to eating more than 300 cal then you will gain all of it back and probably more. I would go the healthy way. watching your calorie intake somewhere around 1200 cal and drinking at least 8 glasses of water a day. Burn off more than you consume. You really need food to give you energy to exercise. Good Luck!

Hmmm... I understand corpses lose weight pretty fast. OK, you probably wouldn't die. You'd just balloon to a real overweight number when your body forces you to start eating agin by having messed up your metabolism so badly.

Because you want to lose 30 pounds, I will assume you might really be15 pounds "overweight" (15 pounds heavier than your lowest healthy weight?) Maybe safely lose 17-20??? What you need to do is calculate how many calories a day you need in order to MAINTAIN your body weight. From there, you can figure out how many extra calories a day to burn through exercise, how many to cut from your diet safely, and how long it will take to lose that weight. There are loads of free websites from which to choose. Many interactive with calculators, exercise/calorie charts, etc. Are you fully grown at 5'2", or are you still growing? Must be very careful if the latter is the case.... osteoporosis at 20 sucks.

I'm not here to judge you but wanting to lose 30 lbs at your height and current weight, and especially the way you intend to do it is NOT HEALTHY, physically or emotionally. Sure, it'll work but you also have hallucinations, fainting spells and possible some minor organ failure/damage to look forward to. 87 lbs for you would be grossly underweight!! (Gross as in a whole lot, not as in ugly) BUT you would probably look more like an x-ray of yourself at that weight than anything that would otherwise resemble healthy. GIRLS ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE CURVES!!! I would say that 10 -12 lbs would be the absolute most you'd ever want to lose. Even if you were trying for a modeling contract, first of all you're most likely too short for most professional modeling jobs.
Do this: 1000 calories per day and do the 2 hours of exercise. Make sure they are wholesome calories. Eat chicken, turkey and fish and other good proteins. Cut out all cheese, pork, beer, fried foods and of course junk food. Bread, oatmeal and pastas are ok. Fruits are a great source of good and natural calories. How much you eat is just as important as what you eat. Once you get to your desired weight return to 1500 to 2200 caleries per day and continue to work out. Now you have to MAINTAIN what you have and not lose anymore.
I would suggest you consider your body fat content against your actual body weight. Muscle weighs 4 times more than fat. I knew a girl in high school who was 5'3" and weighed 120lbs. No one believed her about that till she got on a scale. She LOOKED like she weighed 100 lbs because she was a gymnast and had more super tight muscle than any other girl anyone had seen and so very little body fat. She also didn't have her first period till she was almost 18! The average healthy female body fat ratio is 30% of your total body weight. Less than 20% is considered boarder line unhealthy for women. If you drop below (something like) 10%-15% body fat it will effect your cycle and if not spread it out over a longer time, could stop it all together. Anything less than 10% and you are going to have some serious health issues. Your body NEEDS some fat to do it's job.
My best advise would be to focus on exercise and eating healthy and sensible. 300 calories is NOT sensible. Somehow I think you are beautiful just the way you are and simply need to tighten up a spot or two to make you as perfect as you want to be. In the end, you have to be happy with what you see in the mirror. Just be careful not to turn yourself into another Michael Jackson who is never happy no matter how inhuman he makes himself look...

Your weight is ideal. Why are you starving yourself? The average american woman-last time I checked, weights like 145lbs. You need at least 1200-1300 calories a day to get the bare essentials. 300 calories a day = medical starvation.
Just exercise and eat healthy i.e. complex carbs, fruits veggies & calcium

If you eat 300 cals or less per day, you're asking for trouble. Malnutrition will affect all your vital organs (it can bring on heart failure), and also affect your ability to conceive. In future years, if you survive, it can bring on osteoporosis and other bone problems. If you want to lose weight, aim for 1,000-1,500 cals per day along with plenty of exercise. Eat healthy, plenty of fish, white meat, fruit and veg, keep cakes, chocs, crisps, pastry etc. for a once a week treat. See your
G.P for support, or consider joining a slimming group.
One last word, crash diets don't work in the long run. As soon as you start eating normally again, your body will put on all the weight you've lost and more, as it will be coming out of starvation mode.

Your body will be starving, so yes, you will lose weight, but it's not the kind of weight you want to lose, it'll be lean muscle mass. When your body starves, it stores fat instead of utilizing it.

You need to be eating at least 1200 calories a day. You'll lose a lot more weight that way and it'll be much healthier and easier to do.

Best of luck.

If you drop your calories as low as this, you will switch quickly to starvation mode, this makes it very difficult to loose weight, as the body tries to conserve energy. It is also dangerous, you body begins to catabolyse = break down, not only fat but muscle, this can produce heart damage. Finally weight lost very rapidly is usually followed by equally rapid weight gain, as soon as you begin to eat normally.
