Human cholesterol and food cholesterol are two entirely different substances. When you eat a food with cholesterol in it, it gets digested and turned into glucose for your system. There isn't a one-to-one relationship between food with high cholesterol content and the kind of cholesterol your body produces.
For example, shrimp are high in cholesterol, yet they are low calorie and low fat. Eating them does not contribute to your blood cholesterol level. The same goes for eggs.
That said, all the cholesterol in eggs is in the yolks. The whites are simple protein that turns into the feathers later for the chick.

Egg whites are just plain protein, the cholesterol are inside the egg yolks. Just leave out the egg yolks and youre fine with the cholesterol level

Egg whites are a very safe source of protein as most of the nutrients of the egg as well as all of the cholesterol come from the yolk therefore, you don't need to worry about ingesting an excess of any one nutrient or cholesterol.

I'm not sure about the egg whites from eggs, but I know that the ones sold in cartons have no cholesterol and are very healthy for you, even if you eat them everyday.

The cholesterol in the egg tends to be in the yolk. So yeah, you can eat the whites every day.

At the risk of being rude, I HAVE to say that John S. is crazy.
And I want to add that eggs aren't nessesary, even for bodybuilding. The amount of protein needed is overstated.

The dangers of eggs are overstated. You can safely eat dozens of eggs a day with no problems. You shouldn't separate the yolk from the white. Eat the whole egg.
