I'm doing the low carb diet. it works really well, but it's hard to do. i hardly drink pop so that's not a problem. i don't drink much alcohol. giving up desserts is easy enough, but the hardest thing is bread! i need some good recipies that will substitute for bread. can you guys help me out?

I got a TB Test earlier today around 11:30 ish this morning for volunteering at the hospital....

I didn't watch the nurse inject the stuff in my arm.. cause i am a phobic of needles...

but.. i remember last time there was a some blood and i had what looked like a fluid filled pocket under my skin the 1st time i had it done last year...

Well this year there was very little blood and it started to bruise almost 10 minutes after it... and this afternoon/ evening and saw that it was the size of a nickle and was very slightly raised.. but its only was a few hours that i got the injection....

should i be worried or just relax and wait it out..

I know you are not suposed to put anything on it or touch it and cause it will mess up the results...

but i dont know.. just kinda want to know if i should spazz or what.

i am going back thursday to get it looked at.. cause it would have been 48 hours i think >.>;;;;

but yea

My mother and I were talking and came upon the question, Do otters chew wood? I say no because I don't think they have the teeth for that. My mother says they have buck teeth like beavers and they have to chew wood because their teeth constantly grow. I can not find anything on the web that says they do chew wood. I was hoping some other yahoo members would like to prove me right lol.

I've had them since my early 30's and spider veins too. I feel like an old lady in a 37 yr old body. I'm so ashamed to be seen in shorts. Even capris wouldn't make me feel good because the spider veins are all over my feet too. It's getting hot now and everyone else is enjoying summer but me because all I wear is pants.

Background check: 15, female, suffers from light cramping (not anywhere close to menses), diarrhea in the morning, and i feel like i have to go again shortly after but don't, and i recently have started passing gas alot more and the odor is sometimes horriffic (is has never been like this before).

Since I'm only 15 I am ashamed to bring it up to my mom and expecially my doctor, so before i make some major move, can someone who has experienced it before give me a possible affermative, or an alternative.

Please help me.

but i haven't been sexually active. i would go out and buy a pregnancy test like all the other things say to do, but i know that cant be seeing as i havent had sex. my least, NORMAL, heavy and normal length period was in december. i skipped about 2 months and then since then ive been having a 3-4 day very very light period. usually light blood, sometimes brownish. what else could be the problem? =/ thanks

I have been married 9 years and love my husband so much. I am not bored with him, I am not unattracted to him. I have no clue what is wrong with me. I have such guilt over it. He is such a great husband and so patient.
Please don't tell me to try different positions and go out on a date with him, because that it not the problem.
I would really like to hear from someone that has had this same experience and got help for it. Something that works. I want the old me back. I'm tired of being irritated and grossed out when I even think about sex. It's so bad that I even hate to see people kissing on T.V.

I'm 14 years old, 5'4" and 113 pounds. I wish i was 105.
For the past couple days, I have been eating no more than 500 calories every day. Am I anorexic? My mom had anorexia when she was my age, so maybe it's like genetic because it's a mental disorder... I think I might have it, I'm really not sure! I'm not skinny, but I think i'm on the verge! Im having some probs but dont know if its worth a doctor visit.

I seem to always have to use the restroom and all though its not always diareaha I explode bad then im done. My stomach feels the pressure all day and this has been happening for about a month now. What may it be?

I have had Shingles twice in my life now. I haven't had a breakout for about a year now. When I do, it's always located along my left side starting middle of my back and wrapping around. Although I haven't broke out in a while I do find I'm always itchy around the area that did break out. Is this commen?

Drinking pop has taken a toll on my teeth. You can see where the enamel is thinning becuase it is somwhat clearer than the rest of my tooth. Is there anyway to repair it so it matches the color of my real tooth? [I have cut down a lot on pop also.]

I am going through the a lot with my grandfather and his illness of luekemia. They are unsure if he will even make it through the weekend. I am also dealing with my brother-in-laws mom that died yesterday. I also found out today that my aunt has kidney cancer. They are unsure how bad it is, but they told her that it does not look very good cuz of her age. She raised my dad and I am very close with her. Her son-in-law has it cancer of the kidneys too. Why are so many people around me ill.
I have really bad anxiety, high blood pressure and depression and I am a big family person.I CANT DEAL WITH THIS!!! Please help!!

I recently found our my right ureter was completely blocked. I do not know how long it has been completely blocked but I have had pain there for about three years. I had a stent in for two weeks and it was removed last Wednesday. I had been to four different doctors the last three years and they said it was probably a nerve off of my back since I have deteriorating disk disease. (I didn't have insurance, so they didn't care to find out the problem) Well, I had my son on the eleventh so I got my O.B. to check it out and he found my kidney was blown up and my ureter completley blocked. We don't know if my kidney will start back working or not. Anyway, my question is has anyone gone through this or know anyone who has? I just wanted to know too, what amount of time does it take to cause complete kidney failure to where it will not ever work again? Know any web sites I can look at that I may have missed somewhere? Any help will be appreciated.
