There's no way to restore the enamel, once it's gone, it's gone. There's Act Restoring mouthwash. It claims to restore minerals to teeth's soft spots in the enamel and it's anticavity. Also Sensodyne Pro Enamel claims to harden soft spots. Drink from a straw or cut back on the sode. But your best bet is to see your dentist. Good luck!

If you want an over the counter remedy, use creast white stips. A lot of patients really liked them, and you can see a difference. Other wise make an appointment, and get some bleeching trays made or do the Zoom whittening, for an in office procedure.

the best thing to do is go to your dentist and have a cleaning done. if your teeth are real bad they can do a deep cleaning. from there you can let them know whats going on.. most dentist now days have some kind of teeth whitening option. its not too expensive, but most insurance's will not pay for you to have your teeth whitened.
