I'm 14. Would I be able to go to, let's say, Shoppers Drug Mart, and purchase vitamin and mineral supplements at my age?

Yes, Vitamins and mineral supplements are usually very good for you. Make sure you know what you are buying and taking. Diet pills are very BAD for you and cause Heart Damage. So be very careful. Best Wishes!

Hey hon. Im 15. Sure you can! I've been taking vitamins since I was like 8.. my dad ahd my take flintstones and those little chewy animal shaped ones lol. They make special ones for teenagers and teenage girls too. Just be careful of what you get. If it has 100% of everything its not exactly good either becase you'll just pee out what your body cant use lol. Just be careful and look around before you make youre deciscion. No problem! They dont have any laws or anything against it, so its just fine! Good luck and take care! :)

Vitamins are not drugs. But why do you need supplements? Why not just eat healthy and exercise?
